Moving to Meditation is a 4-week course designed to help you ease into a meditation practice—whether you're brand new or looking to reconnect with stillness. Each week, we’ll build gradually: beginning with just three minutes of guided meditation and increasing by two minutes weekly, ending with a nine-minute practice by week four.
This is a space to explore presence without pressure. Alongside meditation, each session includes gentle movement practices, breathwork, and supportive conversation to help integrate what arises. You’ll learn simple techniques to bring mindfulness into daily life, and discover that even a few minutes of stillness can have a powerful impact.
By the end of the course, you’ll have a personal meditation rhythm, tools to work with distraction and resistance, and a foundation for ongoing practice.
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to begin.

Mysore Style Ashtanga Yoga is a breath-guided practice. It is affectionately coined after the city of Mysore, India, the birthplace of modern yoga. Like a one-room schoolhouse, students of all levels practice together, progressing through their practice at their own pace. (7:30 - 9:30 AM)
Each student is taught one-on-one in a group setting, making this an empowering way to practice. It’s very beneficial for students recovering from injury or navigating physical limitations, allowing the practice to meet them exactly where they are.
