010. Paris, pastries, and good espresso!

"Citta" represents the culmination of all our mind-stuff, encapsulating the entirety of our personality and consciousness. Our understanding of ourselves is intricately enmeshed within the fabric of Citta, shaping our perceptions and experiences.

When my citta finds itself in Paris, it undergoes a transformation, transitioning from the familiar hippie culture of India to the opulence of a fancy hotel experience. Amidst the allure of Parisian charm, the sensory richness of the surroundings becomes apparent—the sights, the smells, and the tantalizing aroma of freshly baked pastries.

Engaging with the environment, I could indulge in the simple pleasure of acquiring pastries in Paris.

The senses are fully awakened as we immerse ourselves in the experience, savoring every moment. However, beneath the surface lies a more profound understanding—the realization that our attachment to material possessions, including pastries, is emblematic of our broader relationship with the concept of "I, me, mine."

In this way, our encounter with pastries in Paris is a microcosm of our broader understanding of Citta, highlighting the intricate interplay between sensory experience, perception, and attachment in shaping our consciousness.
